Server Population

While the fact we even have a server is great, there is still the problem of making it a server players join regularly. While pyspades is a good start, if we developed an exclusive tool or map, it could serve as an incentive for more people to join.
I was thinking about learning a programming language, either Java or whatever AoS runs on. However, until then, I have no way to create anything exclusive. I was thinking something along these lines. The first and last posts are the important ones. I don't know if Lex is still developing this, but if anyone could get something like this working, it could, theoretically, attract a lot of players. Either a tool or an awesome map could work to draw more players in.
Ideas? Suggestions?
(Also, didn't know whether to put this here or in maps and mods, as it is mainly concerning the server at this point.)

Im making maps but theyre no great. Maybe in the long run we can get a exclusive map.

A big thing thing we could have going for our server is in the name, until it is popular it should be titled something along the lines of "[HK] *Map name* LAG FREE-pyspades"

Take out the LAG-FREE because i usally skip over servers that say things like that.

Well yeah, maybe not. I just figure it would attract newer players looking forward to those types of things, oh well.

anyone have any name that is approved by the admins that were gonna use? remember it cant be to long casue you only see about 20-15 charecters
